Mariane is an image consultant  designer and the creator behind the label “MOWI” based in a beautiful beach town in Nayarit.

I have always loved hats, but i didn’t know they were my passion until I moved to Nayarit. I used to live in Mexico city, but i moved to Nayarit 5 years ago.

Moving to my dream life at the beach opened me to my creative side. 

When I first came here I didn’t really know what to do, the only thing I really knew was that I wanted to help indigenous communities because i love and admire the beautiful work they make.

Together as a team we create contemporary unique designs.

My source of inspiration is nature, and the passion that i have for what I do, my dream for MOWI is to be able TO CREATE AS MANY JOBS AS WE CAN.
